Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Reviewdar. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Definitions

  • "Reviewdar," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Workdeskpro Ltd, operating the Reviewdar platform.
  • "Service" refers to the Reviewdar web application and all related features, tools, and services.
  • "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.
  • "Account" refers to your registered account on Reviewdar.
  • "Business" refers to the business entity whose reviews you manage through Reviewdar.
  • "Content" refers to reviews, responses, analytics, and any other data processed through the Service.
  • "Subscription" refers to your paid or free plan for accessing the Service.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Reviewdar, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using Reviewdar on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you individually and the entity.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

3. Eligibility

To use Reviewdar, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
  • Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
  • Be the owner or authorized representative of the business whose reviews you manage

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date. You may not use false or misleading information or impersonate another person or entity.

4.2 Account Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
  • We recommend enabling two-factor authentication where available

4.3 Team Members

If you invite team members to your account, you are responsible for their actions and ensuring they comply with these Terms. You must have appropriate authorization to provide their information to us.

5. Service Description

Reviewdar provides:

  • Aggregation of reviews from connected integrations (Google, Facebook, Trustpilot) and supported sourced review data
  • AI-powered sentiment analysis and insights
  • AI-generated response suggestions
  • Analytics and reporting dashboards
  • Team collaboration tools
  • Notification and alert systems
  • Competitor comparison and benchmarking tools (on eligible plans)

Features may vary by subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

6.1 Subscription Plans

We offer the following plans:

  • Free: Limited features, 1 location, Google reviews only
  • Standard: Enhanced features, up to 3 locations, multiple platforms
  • Pro: Full features, up to 10 locations, competitor tracking, priority support

6.2 Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial period. During the trial, you have access to paid features without charge. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using those features, or your account will revert to the Free plan.

6.3 Payment Terms

  • Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Prices are in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

6.4 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will apply from your next billing cycle. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel before the change takes effect.

6.5 Upgrades and Downgrades

  • Upgrades: Take effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period.
  • Downgrades: Take effect at the start of your next billing period. You will retain access to higher-tier features until then.

6.6 Add-ons

Additional locations, AI response credits, and other add-ons may be purchased separately. Add-on pricing is available in your dashboard.

7. Refunds and Cancellation

7.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

7.2 Refund Policy

  • Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months
  • Annual subscriptions: Prorated refunds may be available within the first 30 days if you have not substantially used the Service
  • Add-ons: Non-refundable once purchased

7.3 Account Deletion

Upon cancellation or account deletion, your data will be retained for 30 days in case you change your mind, then permanently deleted (except where we have legal obligations to retain it). You may request immediate deletion by contacting us.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Reviewdar to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Post fake reviews or manipulate review platforms
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten reviewers or other users
  • Access accounts or data belonging to others without authorization
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
  • Circumvent usage limits, security measures, or access controls
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use the Service for any business other than your own
  • Resell, sublicense, or share access to your account

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Our Intellectual Property

Reviewdar, including its software, design, logos, and content, is owned by Workdeskpro Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the business data and content you provide. By using Reviewdar, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, display, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

9.3 Review Data

Reviews imported from third-party platforms remain subject to those platforms' terms of service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to access and manage such reviews.

9.4 Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service, we may use them without obligation or compensation to you.

10. Third-Party Services and Integrations

Reviewdar integrates with third-party platforms including:

  • Google Business Profile
  • Facebook/Meta
  • Trustpilot
  • Supported sourced review data from platforms such as Yelp and Tripadvisor
  • Stripe (payments)
  • OpenAI/Anthropic (AI services)

Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective platforms' terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

Third-party platforms may change their APIs, terms, or functionality, which may affect Reviewdar's features. We will make reasonable efforts to adapt to such changes but cannot guarantee uninterrupted integration.

11. AI-Generated Content

Reviewdar uses artificial intelligence to generate:

  • Response suggestions for reviews
  • Sentiment analysis and insights
  • Improvement recommendations

Important:

  • AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving any content before publishing
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI suggestions
  • You should not rely on AI content for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We specifically disclaim:

  • Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
  • Guarantees that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Accuracy of review data imported from third-party platforms
  • Results or outcomes from using the Service

We do not control and are not responsible for content on third-party review platforms.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • Reviewdar and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater
  • These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reviewdar, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Content you submit or publish through the Service
  • Your interaction with reviewers or customers

15. Termination

15.1 Termination by You

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

15.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

  • Violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Fail to pay subscription fees after notice
  • Pose a security risk or harm to other users

We may also terminate the Service or your account with 30 days' notice for any reason. In such cases, we will provide a prorated refund for any prepaid fees.

15.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your right to access the Service ends immediately
  • You remain responsible for any outstanding fees
  • We may delete your data after the retention period (see Privacy Policy)
  • Sections that by their nature should survive will remain in effect (e.g., Limitation of Liability, Indemnification)

16. Dispute Resolution

16.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. We will try to resolve issues within 30 days.

16.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16.3 Jurisdiction

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in your country of residence.

17. General Provisions

17.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms for specific features, constitute the entire agreement between you and Reviewdar.

17.2 Amendments

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

17.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17.4 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

17.5 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

17.6 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, pandemic, government actions, or infrastructure failures.

17.7 No Partnership

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and Reviewdar.
